1. Price
Ranked by membership: wholesale price, or VIP price. (No retail).
2. Minimum Quantity
All products at least 10 pieces (could be mixed, except some special ones); Replenish stocks at least 5 pieces. (all produced by our own factory, no middle price factors )
3. Payment
We accept T/T and Western Union , we will start the delivery after we received the payment. So please notify us in time, and we usually will deliver in 1 or 2 working days after the confirmation.

Please fill the form of "My payment info" in Member Centre no matter what payment terms you used and tell our agents your payment information especially MTCN code after you transfered the money.
4. Out of Stock
Thanks to that our garments are all produced by our own factory, and it has production cycle, so the out of stock situation sometimes does happen. We will confirm the stock situation with you right away after the payment confirmation; it will decrease the possibility of that situation.
If part of the products are out of stock, you could 1) change others; 2)leave the balance in our prepaid account for the next use.
5. Delivery
We will deliver the order by EMS, DHL, or UPS. (you could choose the one suitable for yourself, but please tell us your address or DHL, UPS account ID in time after you pay).
6. After sale
We usually will check all the items our customers ordered, if you receive and find any quality problem, please contact us in 3 days(count when you got the delivery), and fill in the exchange/return application on our website(member centre), if it meets the exchange/return standard, we will process for you ASAP. 7. Other problems

No matter any time, we will serve you with our best offer.
About returned goods: no wash, no damage, please keep everything you received and then send back. We could only exchange for the same style product, because of the low profit of wholesale, we will take half of the delivery cost(the buyer pays the freight of sending back, and we will pay to send the exchanged goods). We do not accept any form of Freight Collect.
Quality Problems: heavily damaged(not artificial), stain can’t be washed, uneven sleeves, lost buttons or other attachments, yarn broken, etc.
Non-quality problem: material not that good, not that good making, some thrum, not fit, chromatic aberration, slight stain, uncomfortable wearing, details difference, not that good looking when wearing it, not the same as imagine, etc.
There might be chromatic aberration about clothes on models because of the lights, but they’re shot with the real products, and it will be very close.
